(CPSI) wanted to objectively assess the performance of their Revenue Cycle Management Services group with primary market research focused on CPSI’s Accounts Receivable (A/R) Management Service. They selected Porter Research, an Atlanta-based market research firm specializing in healthcare information technology and professional services, to conduct in-depth interviews with their established customer-base from July through October 2006.
