David Himes was named Chief Marketing Officer for Porter Research and Billian's HealthDATA in 2009. He is responsible for the company's marketing and communications activities, including market development, corporate communications, Web development, strategy and research. Mr. Himes previously served as vice president of research at Porter, and was responsible for numerous research development projects. He joined the company in 2003 as a research consultant and has been involved in every phase of the research process — from design to data collection to analysis and project management. Mr. Himes continues to lend his research expertise as a consultant on engagements at Porter.
Mr. Himes holds a bachelors degree in computer information systems from the University of Georgia.
